January is oatmeal month
Eating a bowl of oatmeal is a delicious and nutritious way to start the day. I like oatmeal with apple bits, walnuts, and brown sugar. I challenge you to eat some oatmeal this month . . . or if you prefer, ask your Mom to make oatmeal muffins. . . or how about some oatmeal cookies!
